While many workers may get Black Friday off as a holiday, a recent CareerBuilder survey shows that nearly half of all professionals will shop at work during Cyber Monday, indicating that even spending the day back in the office will not prohibit any economic activity.
"Employers tend to be more lenient when it comes to workers using breaks or down time to get online and – in some cases – take care of some online shopping," Rosemary Haefner, vice president of human resources at CareerBuilder, said in a press release.
